This same modus was used on a friend of ours last last May 27, 2014. It means the guy has been out there for a year and he has not been caught yet! Let's help spread this video please and get his face out there.
This happened to us too. The fon rang so the attempt was aborted. We noticed the fon moved location as he distract us with the paper. Another way is pretending to sell you tabloit papers.
